BeYOUYoga School with MaryAnn offers an immersive 21-day yoga experience in the breathtaking surroundings of Great Lake Sacandaga in the Adirondack Mountains of Upstate New York, located 2 hours from New York City. The Lake/Mountain retreat home offers both the comforts and amenitites of home as well as being surrounded by nature in a remote yet convenient location. Students can expect a tranquil and uninterrupted 200-hour Registered Yoga School (RYS) program certified by Yoga Alliance. This program is designed for those seeking a deeper understanding of yoga and aims to provide a comprehensive curriculum covering various yoga styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, and Therapeutic Yoga. The lead instructor, MaryAnn, is an E-RYT 500 with a 50-hour Myofascial Release Therapist certification and YACEP certification from Yoga Alliance. Her teaching approach fosters a supportive and encouraging environment, welcoming curiosity, cooperation, and support among her students. The program is structured to meet each student where they are, believing that there is no wrong way or wrong answer, only different avenues to explore. In addition to the comprehensive curriculum, students will have the opportunity to practice and learn in the backdrop of the spectacular lake and mountain scenery, further enhancing their centered and focused experience. The accommodations provided are impeccable and comfortable, with options for singles and shared bunk rooms, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay for all participants.
