MaryAnn's Power Muffins
A favorite muffin that contains no grain, dairy or sugar! All whole ingredients packed with nutrients and taste delicious. Start your day with a metabolism-boosting power muffin.
3 large organic eggs
3 large ripened bananas mashed
1/3 to 1/2 cup raw crunchy almond butter
5 heeping tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix all the ingredients together until well blended. Spray muffin pan with coconut oil spray. Bake in preheated oven on 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
Calories per muffin average around 100-125 calories each.
